Services Provided
TaskPoint offers professional services including bookkeeping, administrative support, and marketing services. The scope of work will be agreed upon in a separate engagement letter or contract prior to the commencement of any services.
Payment Terms
Rate: Service rates will be agreed upon in the engagement letter or service agreement.
Billing: Clients will be billed monthly, and payment is due within 7 days of receiving the invoice unless otherwise agreed.
Late Fees: Late payments may incur a 5% fee.
Minimum Commitment: For certain services, a minimum hour requirement may apply.
Service Availability
TaskPoint will make all reasonable efforts to ensure the availability and continuity of services. However, TaskPoint cannot be held liable for any interruptions or service delays caused by external factors.
Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality of all client information. TaskPoint will not share any personal or business-related data without the client’s consent unless required by law.
Data Security
We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your information. However, we cannot guarantee the complete security of electronic data and communications.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and access required for TaskPoint to perform services effectively.
Changes of Services or Terms
TaskPoint reserves the right to update services and terms periodically. Clients will be informed of any significant changes to the terms or services, and the updated terms will be posted on our website.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 14 days' written notice. TaskPoint reserves the right to terminate services immediately in the event of a breach of these terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia.
Liability Limitation
TaskPoint’s liability for any claim arising out of its services will be limited to the amount paid by the client for services rendered in the month preceding the claim.
