TASKPOINT 25% DISCOUNT PROMOTION - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Promotion Overview

1.1 This promotion offers a 25% discount on TaskPoint’s services for the first three (3) months of service.
1.2 The discount applies to the total of the first three (3) invoices issued to the client.
1.3 The promotion is valid for new clients only and cannot be applied retroactively.
1.4 TaskPoint reserves the right to determine client eligibility for the promotion at its sole discretion.

2. Eligibility and Application of the Discount

2.1 The promotion applies to all services provided by TaskPoint and will be reflected in the first three invoices issued to the client.
2.2 The discount is calculated based on the total amount due on each invoice before any applicable taxes or government charges.
2.3 Clients must remain engaged with TaskPoint for the entire three-month promotional period to receive the full benefit of the discount.
2.4 If a client terminates services before the end of the three-month period, the discount will apply only to the invoices issued before termination.

3. Billing and Payment Terms

3.1 All services provided under this promotion will be billed monthly as per TaskPoint’s standard billing cycle.
3.2 Payment terms are 14 days from the date of invoice. Late payments may result in suspension of services and/or termination of the discount.
3.3 TaskPoint’s standard engagement documents will specifically mention the 25% discount for eligible clients.
3.4 The discount cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or special offers unless explicitly stated by TaskPoint.

4. Modification, Termination, and Cancellation

4.1 TaskPoint reserves the right to modify, amend, or terminate the promotion at any time and without prior notice to new clients.
4.2 Clients already participating in the promotion at the time of modification or termination will continue to receive the full 25% discount for the remainder of their three-month promotional period.
4.3 If TaskPoint terminates a client’s promotional discount before the completion of the three-month period, the client has the right to terminate their engagement with TaskPoint without penalty.
4.4 Any work completed and not yet invoiced at the time of termination will be billed at the discounted rate.
4.5 If the promotion is terminated for an individual client, the client will receive email notification of the termination. TaskPoint is not required to provide advance notice, but all discounts applied before the termination date will be upheld.

5. Disputes and Limitation of Liability

5.1 Any disputes regarding the application of this discount must be raised in writing to TaskPoint within seven (7) days of the disputed invoice.
5.2 TaskPoint will review all disputes in good faith but reserves the right to make the final determination on eligibility, calculation, and application of the discount.
5.3 TaskPoint is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from participation in this promotion.
5.4 TaskPoint reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or adjust the discount if there is evidence of fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of the engagement terms.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

6.1 All client information collected as part of this promotion will be handled in accordance with TaskPoint’s Privacy Policy.
6.2 No additional or unique client information will be collected for the purposes of this promotion beyond what is normally required to engage TaskPoint’s services.
6.3 Clients can review TaskPoint’s Privacy Policy on the TaskPoint website or request a copy via email.

7. Governing Law

7.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Australia.
7.2 Any disputes or legal matters arising under these Terms and Conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia.
